Answering Question : Why did you leave your last job?

You can almost expect to be asked every time there certain standard question. Is a one question to be asked or another every interview for example, “Why you leave your last company?”

Since it involves talking about your previous employer for a particularly difficult question to answer, co-workers or the organization never refer to a major problem with management and never speak ill of supervisors.
